Prague, Czech Republic - 18th January 2010 – Faculty of Informatics at Czech Technical University, Czech and Slovak PostgeSQL User Group and Elos Technologies hold the Prague PostgreSQL Developers' Day starting 4th February 2010. Registration for the conference starts today.
PostgreSQL is world leading open source, object-relational database, supporting major operating systems on the market. This highly customizable database engine also supports more then a dozen programming languages including the major languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl, Python and Ruby. The main language for this database is PL/PgSQL which is similar to the Oracle PL/SQL.
Prague PostgreSQL Developers' Day conference will take one day and starts at 8 o'clock in the morning with unofficial workshop about procedures in C language. Registration for the Prague PostgreSQL Developers' Day starting today and it's mandatory for all visitors. Lecturers are professionals in the field of the open source database software and working in the world famous companies such as Sun Microsystems or Skype.
This year it is going to be the 3rd year of the success story of the Prague PostgreSQL Developers' Day. Because it is supported by the Czech Technical University you can join this conference on their campus at Thakurova 1, Praha 6, Masaryk college.
